Hello!

I'm Terri.  

I have a Fine Arts background from the University of Texas at Austin and I have spent over 25 years as a professional commercial photographer. www.glanger.com

Spending so much time in a digital world made me crave something truly analog.  I love working with my hands and derive great pleasure from so many aspects of hand beading.  From the color combinations, to the zen-like state that it fosters, to simply less screen-time! 

I was born in South Africa and despite moving to Texas as a toddler, I visited a lot growing up and was always mesmerized by the incredible tribal beadwork that you find at local markets. I feel fortunate to be able to incorporate some of those memories into these pieces. 

Last but not least, I have a lifelong love of Pekingese dogs.  Fate connected me with the absolute angels who save so many lost and abandoned souls at Liz E's Pekingese Rescue and Sanctuary.  I'm thrilled to donate 20% of each sale to their mission.
